This Privacy Policy describes how Highlight Studios Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application Haul of Fame (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Haul of Fame allows users to create a personalized avatar by taking a selfie or uploading a photo of their face. We take the handling of this data seriously and have designed our systems to minimize data retention.
What we collect: A photo of the user's face, provided voluntarily during avatar creation or editing. No facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition data is extracted.
How it is used: The photo is transmitted solely to Replicate (replicate.com), an AI infrastructure provider, for the purpose of generating the user's in-app avatar. It is not used for advertising, analytics, identity verification, or any other purpose.
Third-party sharing: The image is shared only with Replicate for avatar generation processing. Per Replicate's privacy policy and API documentation, all input data is automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. Replicate does not use submitted data for model training. Retention by Highlight Studios: we temporarily retain the image for up to 72 hours to allow reprocessing, after which it is permanently deleted.
